Description

Our rugs are woven onsite using our hand-spun, hand-dyed all-Canadian wool with cotton “weft”. Soft and squishy, our “tweedy” rugs use local Albertan wool from sheep farmers who truly want their wool to have a good use.

Let your imagination run wild…some people have displayed our rugs as works of art on the wall or hung them over a chair or couch as decor!

Sometimes people ask us how much work has gone into each rug. 15 hours of hand-spinning. 3 hours of hand-dyeing. 6-plus hours of weaving (including loom set-up). Total = 24 hours.
